Then in August of 2020 was given less than 30 days to vacate our rental. I let Joy know my predicament and got to work on getting me pre-approved for some $ 230,000 loan. My lady and I found our new home to be, made an offer, and again Joy worked her magic. We closed on the house September 4th, 2020 and moved in.
